web page to display database

I am not sure the easiest way to go about this but I have a database file that I have saved to the server. This file has User Id, names, and login info.

I want to create a simple webpage that asks for a User Id. Once you enter the user ID and hit submit (or whatever) the page displays the other fields for that User ID.

I am not sure where to even look for this so any help is greatly appreciated. :)

You will need to use a server side language to accomplish this. What kind of database file is it?

The file is an Access Database file. (.mdb)

Also I am using Sharepoint designer 2007 (basically Frontpage).
