I'd like to make a custom header that automatically appears on every email, but cannot be edited from the message itself. It must also be fixed to the top of the document. I've tried signatures and stationaries, but text can be placed above them. Can I create a fixed header using Outlook (Express) by itself, without any third party software? Thanks in advance.

Using outlook 98 and beyond you can build forms using the tools menu option of forms/design a form/message and then click on open. You can also add VB into the form to do clever stuff. You can then use the completed message document version as a template.

I have no written guide on the how to's and what to's but all I can say is that within an hour of finding this function I was building email templates left right and center.
