I think can't say my question well.
Look:if a user searched in google for example about 'php help' and in the result was my site and he/she opened it ,The web site should print what he has been searched so it should print 'php help'.
Is it possible wit $_SERVER['PHP_REFERRER']?

Thanks

You stated your question fine. The link I gave you does that very thing using Google Analytics.
