Regardless it looks like it is proprietary to the program.

All of these firmware upgrades are in the public domain and most are written in simple hex that can be converted to ascii which makes the files easy to read, I don't think there is anything majorly confidential.

The one I posted is an older file which was written as an upgrade to some very old products hence why I assume it is different, I would just like to be able to read it because sometimes we make small changes that are just of use to our testers and the tests that we do which are unique to us but with this file it is impossible as I can't decipher it, that is why I asked the original question
