Site layout review

Hi everyone.

Im just about to start building a website for a business I know. I have come up with a design idea which I would like your opinions on if possible.

I have not started coding it yet so its just an image to look at and tell me what you think.

I can't really critique it if I can't see it--can't you upload it to SkyDrive or Google Docs or something?

It seems like your using the same font throughout the site you might want to mix it up a bit. Your navigation bar font should probably be bold because it seems to be the same as your side nav bar.
