Internet Explorer no load

Hello,

I've had this site up for about a year and a half now, and recently I had to install a new theme. It loads up great on Firefox, but in Internet Explorer, it won't load at all. Would anyone happen to know what the issue is?

never mind. my mistake. i found the error. after going through some code, i forgot to end the title piece.
