flexi slideshow

hi tried to put on the flexi slideshow from http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex14/flexislide.htm
have put in the url of images but cant seem to get ne result,
have put the slideshow at http://www.allthedudes.com/test4.htm
wolud reaaly like to use this show as u can add a despripyion and picture size doesn't matter.
would really appreciate it if someone has time to tell me were i've gone wrong

yea nice show m8 looks even more complex than the flexi one as you can tell i'm real new to all this only been looking at java for a week or two.
i know i'm close to sorting it but just can't quite see the problem
