Birthday invitation cards

Hi

I have a website for an indoor playcentre (with lots of birthday parties) and would like to know if there are any existing php script to implement birthday invitation cards on my site (with our own logo).

I am not a programmer myself, so should not be to complicated to integrate.

At the moment I have a pdf file people can print out and then they have to fill in everything manually. But i would like that they can fill in the fields online and then send or print it for multiple recipients.

Any advise is welcome.

Do you happen to have those original graphic files saved as a .jpg type image?
Or at least one of the birthday invitations?

Yes I have the graphic file, made it myself, does not have to be exactly like that though.

You can use PHP to write text (any font you want) directly onto your graphic file.
But you need to upload your graphic file and give me the link to it (the URL),
so I can give you an example.

Unless you're only interested in the data ... in that case, the text could
be emailed to you, or stored in a file? There are several ways this might be done,
and I'm not sure of how elaborate you want it to be ... or how you can implement
things without some PHP scripting knowledge. You might want to hire a programmer?
