Not sure what forum this should go into, so I'll post it here.

I recently downloaded a zip file which contains a "shockwave flash object". I have no idea how to use it. Do I have to put it on a webpage? It is supposed to be a soundboard.

Can anyone help me?

You have the right forum... :)

Head over here: http://www.macromedia.com/downloads - to the bottom right you will see a get shockwave player icon, just download that.

Have fun!

You need something called Macromedia Shockwave Studio, which I am having trouble finding on the internet at the moment, but that is what will open that file of yours for certain.

By the way, it seems as though either Macromedia have halted sales of it, or simply changed its name, I'll let you know which if I can find out more.

Okay, it looks like they have stopped sales of Shockwave Studio, so your best chances of finding it would be from internet stores, as places such as Software Warehouse, and so on seem to have also stopped selling it, why I am not sure.

Best of luck,

:)
