I have been working on my new web design studio, and It's more a less complete.
I still have to add validation to the ajax form (feel free to test it out), and descriptions on the showreel.
Let me know what you think, and what I can do to make it better.

The layout seems like there is information overload in the three columns you might want to trim it down. The main pic with the ruler and pencil is a bit confusing at first glance I thought it was a autocad/architecture firm. You might want to consider changing this to something more tailored to web design and dev. Just my two cents.

I like the design personally. The 3 columns works for me, but the center column has three different "clicky" images that go to lightboxes that cycle through the same three images, which annoys me... I think I'm getting to new content when it's just the same content over and over again. I'd change it to lightbox only the one you clicked, which yes does force you back to the page to see the other two lightboxed, but that's a better option then what it is currently.
And that stupid tweeter bird... it's just so lame. I hate the trend. I know everyone's doing it, and twitter is some kind of a fabulous thing, but I can't stand that fricking blue bird which ruins the color design and distracts the eye and just looks like a big fat blue booger that got flung onto the page. Sorry, went on a rant there didn't I :D
There's some other weird thing happening next to the bird in FF (some beige oval artifact) that I can't figure out.
Also, the "contact" link opens an empty email? Why? You have a contact form on the very same page. Stay consistent.
