Data transfer between 2 listbox controls

If I have 2 listbox controls; LBox1 and LBox2, how do I
transfer an item from LBox1 to LBox2 by selecting an item
and clicking on a button (lets say [Add Item])?

I am using VS6 and LBox1 is loaded from an Access database.
