Fish ScreenSaver on Win98

I wish I could run Fish Screen Saver that comes with MS Plus for Windows XP on Windows 98. Is there any possibility to run that on Windows 98 platform ?

Well if someone ports it to win98 then yes but xp screen savers are of a different format to win98.

May be some kind of util for it on the net though I did google to no avail.
