Programmer Needed To Give Me a "HTML Version" of my WP theme

1) Project Details: I own a wordpress theme. This page (http://www.marketertheme.com) and this page (http://www.stevenlean.com) is built with the theme (that's my site)
Anyone can turn this WP theme into normal html version?

I plan to use a script to run my affiliate program, the script don't run with wordpress. I need to use html or php pages.
