Can Someone Build Me a Web Hosting Site?

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): Hi, I have a hosting reseller account, and I already have about 9 sites that I'm hosting (4 of them being my own). I have very basic site creation skills, but not enough to build a functional web hosting site from scratch.

2) Payment Amount: $175 (optional, can go higher if quality & content warrants)

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Paypal

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): As stated earlier, I already have a reseller account in place, but I have no where to direct potential customers. The customers I have now is only by word of mouth advertising. Site should be SEO & keyword rich where possible. Content can be general, as I will provide price details for each of 3 hosting packages.

Whichever is the least hands on maintenance is probably my preferred option.
