I need a second set of eyes, I can't see what I am doing wrong.

...and the HTML object looks like? And you forgot to tell us what is wrong.

Take a peek Test Link (http://webpages.charter.net/katocomputers/) current css "View Support At" is way off page which is the link. The bg image is what the link should be, with the text centered at top of div
