i wander if there is some tool like MS access that will let me to create dynamic php pages
supporting db without knowing to program?

I don't know of any programs like this. I know that dreamweaver has some built in scripts, but not sure about any data base integration.

as far as i know that never someone create a dynamic page like php from MS access, the possible thing (the connection of php with) MS Access as database... (but maybe i miss something?)

If any such program exists, which I seriously doubt, the code it would generate would be awful and inefficient. If you need PHP code written and don't want to learn to program, hire a programmer to do it for you. We do have forums for posting paid work offers here.
