Way to feed live video out to webpage

I am looking for a way to feed live video out to a web page basically like web meeting software except just feeding it directly to my website. It needs to be able to display java apps. Ive tired a couple of web meeting software's and they all have there draw backs i dont like so im looking to simplify it so we can host training and other meetings directly. So whats the best?

using 1avstreamer now i dont like the delay with it... Even over the lan theres a 10 second delay

tightvnc is about the best but is there anyway to scale it that is web based
