Icons of text files change!

Hi,

I'm seeing text files icons that are on the desktop changing their icon. The appear like this: http://tinyurl.com/ychfr2x

I have Win Vista.

Sometimes the icons become normal, then again become like this after some time (maybe a day). Also it's not just those on desktop sometimes.

The other thing I noticed is the icon of other programs (not text files) also changed at one time - the icon become the Blogger favicon... that big B of Blogger.com

Here's a list of programs I have recently installed on my pc:

Google Desktop
RealPlayer
Mozilla Firefox Update
Adobe Reader Update

I do work with as a webmaster with websites and blogs, so I do use Blogger a lot and so on.

Anyone can help please?
