I need someone who can work from home who can provide me with job leads for website design or programming. I need you to get the job details, requirements, negotiate a price, etc. You can do this thru emails, word of mouth, or whatever you can think of. I recommend using the web but whatever you want to do is up to you.

I can pay based on the project that you negotiate a price for. I don't have any set rates but you will be looking at 10%-20%. There are certain jobs I don't want, pretty much jobs that don't pay a lot. Try to keep them $300+ but this isn't engraved in stone.

Knowledge of pricing for web design and programming will be a plus so you know how to correctly price a project.
