I did that and added the site map but until now the site didn't indexed in google and the Indexed URLs is 0, are there any solution for this?

It takes time, it isn't instant. Patience is required at this point. A site map is only a hint for Google to use it does NOT mean that Google WILL index your site.

A week to several months is not unusual. There's no way to predict how long it will actually take.

google robot parser will not find all stuff on my site galery
(coz there are like houndred of thousants of terms and only like 20 are displayed at once)

like:

picea abies
acer palmatum
etc.

if what's you mean you want to control the files that google robot will see, you have to use the robots.txt and in it you can determine this.

Submitting the xml sitemap to google will help the search engines to identify all the urls of the site and make them to quickly index in google.

Some folks do submission to web 2.0 sites or social network sites. Sitemaps are great but sometimes it takes a while before you really get indexed.
You can try submitting to SocialMarker.com for bookmarking.
