Design new theme/add buddypress to existing site

1) Project Details: Hi, let me try to explain what I want. I run my website apluswriter.com and am looking for someone to help me design a new theme or install a better theme and add buddypress usability. Currently, I made the site with wordpress and tweaked the template. I am pretty good with using wordpress, but buddypress, I have had some issues. I would like to offer more features for my authors to use and improve their site presence. I am still on the drawing board and actually am inviting any/all ideas.
