Is it possible to z-index a flash object?

Rather than explaining it, it's easier for you to just look at this:

http://aspspider.org/Samii/HireCar.aspx

Hover over 'hire a car'. What should happen is that the menu should be above the content in the div layer underneath it, but instead it's kind of see through :(

Any help would be beautiful :)

I get Your web site is expired or has a configuration problem. Please login to your account in AspSpider.com and make sure your site is configured correctly. from your link
Any way, you'd need to set wmode transparency to your flash object, see http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14201.html

Really? It works fine on my computer, and on others'. But i've already set it to that. I've tried every setting. The problem is that i need the background of the flash menu to be hidden while the drop down part of it is on top.
