PHP Programmer Needed!

We are a small Web Programming company with too much work. We are looking to add to our team a PHP Programmer.

You do not have to be an expert with 10+ years of experience, but are looking for at least 2 years.

Here's the specs:

PHP, CakePHP, Codeigniter using OOP.

Hoestly, to start with, you will be working on smaller sites. Our firm does work for major clients (TV Networks) and smaller clients too. Because we are growing so fast, we are looking into giving benefits.

Hello,

I am a web developer who has roughly 1 year of experience in PHP/mySQL. I know this is not as much as you would prefer, but I'd be fine working on smaller projects to prove myself to you.

This past summer I created Answers for Pilots (http://answersforpilots.com), 100% original code, and my PHP skills have only grown. I just made a simple link directory (http://answersforpilots.com/links) in two days out of boredom.

Please let me know what I would be able to do,
