Modify an open source Java script

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I want to have someone modify both the windows and the mac versions of the script located at http://snapbackup.com
I want to have this script maintain its current features, but I want an additional ability for it to ftp to a folder located in my users hosting accounts.

2) Payment Amount: would like quote, the lowest does not necessrily wil. I require ongoing support and upgrades (on a paid basis)

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Paypal or other payment, cash or check if local to the US. Need project `completed within 1 month.

Point of clarification, this is a request to modify an open source program written in Java, not a script written in Javascript.

First I encourage anyone to go to the site in the above link and look over the script for further clarification.

I do not want to get posts about how I can place my request on your "freelance" site. I have posted it here, I want a reply from users of this site.
