hey everyone, while validating my page with the validator (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Ftopnotchwebservices.com%2Fp_cantest%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0&user-agent=W3C_Validator%2F1.654) I have managed to get my 20 some errors down to 3 that I can't seem to get rid of. Any ideas what's wrong?

Add proper indents to your code blocks, which would help you to match the opening and closing tags. I think, you have one extra closing div at
<div id="leftnav">
<div class="navlinks">
<ul>
<li><a href="http://www.website.com">Home</a></li>
<li><a href="http://www.website.com">Hours</a></li>
<li><a href="http://www.website.com">Rates</a></li>
<li><a href="http://www.website.com">Contact Us</a></li>

<li><a href="http://www.website.com">Tour to Victoria</a></li>
</ul>
</div>
</div>
</div>

<div id="footer">
<div id="footertext">
