[FOR HIRE] PTC-Script Add-Ons [Urgent]

1) Project Details: I need to get a coder who knows what PTC is. In my script I need the following:
- Finish rented referrals. It's about 95% done.
- Rented Referrals actions. Stuff like recycle, extend and autopay.
- Upgrade Pack Features. Stuff like vacation days, referral queue etc.
