Hello,

I'm trying to redesign a website, but I need some help.
We have to use frames for this, even though it might be a bit outdated.
The problem is that once I try to make a frame it will be to the very left or right at the screen.
I want to be able to center them, like in the image above:

The light gray part is supposed to be a background, and then the dark gray parts are the frames.
How can this be done?
The "main frame" needs to be able to update to some other site once someone clicks a link in the "menu frame".

I don't know if this will work, but try in your frameset tag: <frameset style="text-align:center">

Well, I'm not trying to align the text to center.

Then, within each frame, set text-align:left. It will override it.

<frameset style="width:600px; margin:0 auto;" framespacing="20px" rows="80,*" cols="*" frameborder="no" border="0">

Set the side margins of the frameset to auto.
