You have an amazing creative streak. Kudos!
I would make sure Whenever you type out the business name you capitalize all three words, and maybe even hyphenate them together or put the name in quotes:
Special For You
Special-For-You
"Special For You"
Because that first sentence was difficult to make sense of until my brain figured out the Special-For-You is the name of the business. Also for some reason you're pluralizing the business. I think the sentence should read:
"Special For You" is a group of independant event organizers that specialise in creating special, memorable events including birthdays and weddings.

Thanks for sharing the information. Sometimes when you are looking for a way to organize a specific event, it helps to have someone around that has done it before.
I think 'Special For You' is the best group in organizing events.
