When you google search Nike.com it comes up with not only a link to the homepage, but links to other pages within the site: "New Releases" "Clearance" "Men's" "Women's." How is this done?

You just pretty much need to blow everyone else away when it comes to being the most relevant result for the term. Make sure that's your main site topic and you're considerably more well linked for that term than your closest competitors.
