Please help :) - rotating text box?

Hello! Here is an image that I made for a testimonial box on a site for a client of mine. I want to make it SEO optimized so I'd like to have it text with an image box behind it. I'd like it to slowly rotate to the different quotes.

How would I create this with text that can work for wordpress and slowly rotate?
