Hi, I've been trying to get my foot in the door in the web design industry for a while now and it seems bleak with not many opportunities arising after countless emails and applications.
So my question is does anyone know of any companies in London that seem to be taking on a junior web designer?

I suggest that you create a profile on LinkedIn and connect it with business opportunities along with your sample work. You can also develop your small business site with MS office live. This will help you grab some good IT projects and make decent money.
