Css Issue .. Cannot Fix It

The link provide below when some one visits it and scroll down the page efore the black spacer there appears a white thin line which i tried but couldnt removed can any help me in removing this line .. the links are provided below .

Edit - noticed another problem. Once you are in a subfolder (eg. /Literary) the path to another folder (eg. Organizing) is ../Organizing. Otherwise the browser looks for Literary/Organizing, which doesn't exist.

@gusblake : thank You Very Much my problem wos Solved ... and the other point you talking about the links not workinh actually the website is still under construction .. thats y they rnt working ... and thanks for helping ... :p
