help help help plz winampw.exe

ok ... i got rid of the winampw.exe because mcafee 7 found it as virus and i cant open any programs anymore. none of my startup programs work. i found help forum on it and it said to open regedit and change a value but i cant open it. and the person said to copy regedit.exe to regedit.com to open it but i cant find regedit.com ... how do i get the registry open??? plz plz plz im desperate.
