That's a pretty vague question... Have you tried anything writing any code yet?
I would suggest doing a couple tutorials and post back here with a more specific question.

Well I Tried Those Tutorials Before And I Had No Luck What So Ever And Nothing Seems To Be Working For Me. Do You Think You Could Help Me???? I Want To Make It To Where When They Can Sign Up And Login and There Information Will Come To Me Incase They Forget There Password. Thats One Part I Need Help With. Once They Sign Up And Login They Will Be Able To Acess The Chat Page I Also Need Help Creating A Chat Room... Ive Tried Me And My Friend Have Tried All Of This And We Cant Figure It Out.
