I don't see any difference in the site when viewing it with FF and IE.

At the very least you need a doctype for the page and then you'll want to correct the 189 errors and 24 warnings from the validator (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.wholesalefloral.com&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0).
