Hello, I'm new to these coding stuff, I'm not sure if this goes to css or javascript, but I guess it's css.
I tried following the following tutorial [x (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/horizdropdowns/)] , but I have no Idea where did I go wrong. Thanks.

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="dropdown.css" />
<script language="javascript">
startList = function() {
if (document.all&&document.getElementById) {
navRoot = document.getElementById("nav");
for (i=0; i<navRoot.childNodes.length; i++) {
node = navRoot.childNodes[i];
if (node.nodeName=="LI") {
node.onmouseover=function() {
this.className+=" over";
node.onmouseout=function() {
(" over", "");
<ul id="nav">
<li><a href="#">Home</a></li>
<li><a href="#">About</a>
<ul id="nav">
<li><a href="#">History</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Team</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Offices</a></li>
<li><a href="#">Services</a>
