Hello khushal_kkk,
Did something happen to make it like that or did you build it that way and just now discovered it?
It was a #wrap that contains the whole site but is not being styled. If you make that position:relative; and adjust the left:xxx; setting for all of you absolute positioned elements, it should be fine.
I gave you a start with the bits highlighted in red -
<!--
#wrap {
width: 959px;
position: relative;
margin: 0 auto;
}.style15 { color: #FFFFFF;
font-weight: bold;
}
.style16 {color: #000000}
#apDiv {
position:absolute;
left:1016px;
top:332px;
width:159px;
height:28px;
z-index:17;
}
#apDiv2 {
position:absolute;
left:383x;
top:605px;
width:630px;
height:119px;
z-index:2;
}
#apDiv35 {
position:absolute;
left:0px;
top:92px;
width:961px;
height:52px;
z-index:23;
}
.style7 { font-size: 36px;
color: #000000;
}
#apDiv18 {

Have a look at this site that shows the pitfalls of absolute positioning. (http://www.tyssendesign.com.au/articles/css/absolute-positioning-pitfalls/)
