Bubble Tooltip with pure CSS?

Hi all,

Is this even possible?

If so does anyone have a link to some good tutorials for creating them?

Basically when I rollover a link/image, I just want like a speech bubble style tooltip to appear, where I can put in a line of text or so.

No problem, just incase anyone saw the thread... they will be aware that it isnt cross browser compatible :thumbsup:
