Google Adsense Placement

Hello All!

Actually I'm looking for suggestions in the placement of Google Adsense for my blog http://www.onlinedownloads.org/diary.

Thought 468X60 Ad at the right of the header in my blog would be good. But some of my friends suggested that it's a wrong place.

What is your opinion on the current Adsense placement?

How can I improve it? Would it be beneficial if I add 336 X 280 adsense block under the header and above the post? If so how to place the Ad there?

Any other suggestions please. Thanks in advance.

I'm using wordpress and Adsense ready themes, I used right side of title box for my first Ad, because visitors will see it first.

second one is in my right, put it in widget, because visitors like to see recent comments and recent posts

and third is in my post, so the ad showed is correlated with my post

460x60's almost always perform poorly. Try to work in a 300x250 somwhere above the fold in a way that doesn't look spammy. That'll give you the best conversions the majority of the time.
