How can i decrease a scale from document?

Hello folks, i want to decrease the scale from some part of my document´s body, i´d like to put everything inside a span and decrease its scale 10% or more, note that whatever is there must follow the new scale. Is that possible?

I'm not too sure what you mean by "scale"; I think what you're trying for may be achieved through other means, but you might want to have a look through the article here (http://www.bigbaer.com/css_tutorials/css.scale.image.html.tutorial.htm), that describes using CSS to scale text and images based on "em" measurements.
