Hello,
I need a programmer / Designer that can customize a forum as per my specifications.
The forum need not be In a particular content management system (cms) / forum script but the design of the forum should be similar (to the design I provide)
I have attached the blueprint of how I want the forum to come out like.
The designing work should not be too difficult. And I have provided mostly all the details of how I want the forum to be like.
Again,I will let you know exactly how I want the forum graphics to be like (Login box,menus etc) you just need to code the following and make the forum work.

I will pay 30$ via paypal to the coder.
