That really doesn't make sense if your original email account was with the first web host that you are no longer using and you are now trying to create the same email address with the second webhost those would be two completely different mail servers. Unless you have left something out. I would think you should probably ask your new webhost tech support why you can't create the email address. It's there mail server so they would know what the problem is and be responsible for providing support for it.

noo, i created the email with e.g host1, but host1 closed down because they never paid the bill they owed, so everyone n that server lost their data.
so when i moved to host2 and tried to create the email again, it wouldnt because the email was already made. how can i get round this?

Who is host1 and who is host2? Are these 2 different hosting companies? What you've posted doesn't make sense. Or are these 2 different servers with the same web hosting company? Is your email service with the same company you are using to host your website?

it make sense if host1 change his name to host2 and keep same server( see the "I tried to remake the email account but it said that the email account it already created").

But then he said host1 went out of business so he went with another host. His post would only make sense if he is trying to create an email address on the same mail server.

agree that is same server, the only scenario when is a different server is if host2 move all what have host1 on the new server.
I was thinking that host2 is same as host1 but change his name when went out of bussines, :)
No matter what we suppose, only op host can help him, :)
I don't understand why op don't try to send a mail to it's own address, who knows maybe will work, :)
best regards

If it is saying email account is already created , go to setup and change the email account password and then try to login in your email account.
