Secure Login Form

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): Ok I have a membership based site through ccbill. Currently they add and delete members to an .htpasswd file on my server. My members section is controlled by .htaccess and therefore when you try to enter it you get a popup login. I am trying to have a login form created that is secure. I don't really care if its in Javascript or php or whatever as long as it can read my .htpasswd file and redirect users who enter the wrong password to an error page.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): Im not sure if i need a sql database since I already have members in the .htpasswd file.

I'll do it for $15USD. I run three different websites which use secure login forms (however, they use php/mysql) but I can easily adapt one of my scripts to work with yiour .ht files.
