Character limit in paragraph

Hello,

I would like to set a character limit on a paragraph, to display only 350 characters regardless of how many characters are in the <p> tags.

How would I go about doing this?

There is no CSS setting for character limits. I'm sure there is a js that can do it.

I think about the only thing you could do with CSS is a min/max height/width setting.

Maybe it could be adapted to limit your p tags?

Do you want to do this in WordPress? It depends on the blog theme and you will need to modify it
