small(geometrically) dvd+-rw 30min/1.4GB are compatible with 2004 notebook pcs or 2007 Pcs?
when drive has special depth for this always are all such smalls compatible in write ?

those small DVDs are compatible with most, if not all standard PC dvd drives, they have a smaller circle inside for these discs.

These are probably NOT compatible with those laptop drives that 'pulls' the disc in though, the ones that have a thin inset where you put the disc in and it slides in by itself
