.NET Framework Data Provider for Oracle

I'm trying to use the .NET Framework Data Provider for Oracle in a Web Application... Is there a way in the Server Explorer window to set up a new database connection for this provider? I was looking in the "Provider" tab of the "Data Links Properties" pop up window and couldn't find this .Net provider listed. Anyone have any ideas?

Maybe ASP and ASP.NET should be completely separated. ive seen some posts with regards to ASP.NET without reply. Either that or combine it with XML?
