needs help with javascript menu

i need help for my site. i want menu as my javascrpit. so i can call in my html pages. so whenever i make change in my javascript it should reflect my html. my menu changes time to time. i have to modify over 150htmk files. can any one help?

How about using some server side code to include a file, having the complete markup of your menu, into all your page? Say in PHP you may use include() (http://php.net/include)
