Tagging Image Photos

I want to be able to tag photos on my website. I know there is TagHim and it seems like it's the best way to do things but I don't feel like spending $200. Anyone have a better thing that won't cost that much?

What you're looking at there is a medium complexity database, php and javascript system. Honestly, $200 is probably your best bet. It's a fair amount of work to accomplish.
