View Full Version : Change Email Address in Buy now Paypal button to the Company Name

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask for help regarding changing the email address in Paypal to the company name. Because when I created a Buy button in paypal, in will redirect to the purchasing page with the big email address on the top. I've seen some company that hides or changes the email address to their company name. And I'd love to have that as well to protect the email address from spammers. How will I do that?

That's all done within PayPal.
You create the "free" business account.

It also requires you to be "verified". That's where you enter your
bank account info and PayPal takes out 2 random amounts (cents) from the
account (like .07 and .13) and you have to go back and tell PayPal
how much they withdrew. Then, they know your account is accurate.

Once verified, you can do all of the customization you wish to do,
including company information and various email account changes.

Did you resolve this?
I'm not sure if you posted your "please help me" after you went into PayPal
and set up the free business account. You need to be verified, and that takes
a few days to do. It does not cost anything to do it ... but you have to go
through the steps.

I have a premier account..Do I really need the Business Account to be able to change the email address?

The customer support system at PayPal is very good.
I had some similar trouble and I was able to reach the support via phone quickly.
The issue was resolved very quickly. I suggest you try calling them.

The paypal account was change to the business name when I upgraded it to a Business Account. I guess it can only be change through using Business acount and not Premier account.
