Order By returning unordered results...

Take a look at this screen shot from phpmyadmin, my sql query is:

SELECT *
FROM `arcade_scores`
ORDER BY `arcade_scores`.`score` DESC
LIMIT 0 , 10

For some reason the results are NOT ordered by the score...
My php script makes sure that the score is actually just a number and nothing else, but it will not order the results properly.

Can anyone help me?

My php script makes sure that the score is actually just a numberThey might be numbers in your php script, but your column in your table is a VARCHAR or some other character type.

Use an INT data type for your column.

Wow I can't believe that actually fixed everything... I'm such a bad programmer :P
